Laser and Plasma cutting

Thanks to the technology and reliability of its machinery, Giampi guarantees the customer precision and high productivity in all types of cutting, for steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

• Laser cutting: Trulaser 5060 Trumpf - working range of 6000x2000 mm; power 6 kw; thicknesses up to 25 mm for steel, 25 mm for stainless steel and 15 mm for aluminium.
• Fasani automatic loading and unloading  system that interfaces with Trulaser 5060 with high flexibility and a wide range of automated functions for loading and unloading and partial removal, to increase productivity and unmanned work.
• Plasma cutting: Messer Omnimat L4600 - rotary head with HI FOCUS 440i system, working range 3300x13400 mm, thicknesses up to 60 mm for steel and 80 mm for stainless steel. Pantograph with several oxyfuel torches for cutting steel sheets up to 200 mm, 45° inclined cut with rotating bevel head.
